Health being a state issue we follow closely rules and regulations from the Maharashtra State Government and Medical Council of Indian Medicine, Maharashtra. Any person or body dealing with us is therefore supposed to be agreeing to the same and ready to abide.
Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai.

Privacy Policy
We follow the "Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023". However, we Vasulata Healthcare Online platform is managed by a third party Wix towards which we do not assure compliance. Further while paying third parties like payment gateways (Phonepay, RazorPay, etc.) collect your data for which Vasulata Healthcare cannot be held liable.
Returns and Refunds
Booking online does not guarantee you the perfect slot. due to patient flow, it may vary.
If you want to cancel an appointment for any reason 24 hours before the schedule a minimum cancellation charge of 20% will be levied on online bookings or through any payment mode as administrative charges including GST. No refund after that will be given.
However, cancellation charges may vary from product to product. It is best to read the particular description of the product where you can find the exact deduction.
